We provide free therapy which includes counselling, couples therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. During Lockdown we operate a full service accessible by phone or by video link. We provide treatment for: depression, anxiety, loss, grief, trauma, relationship problems and many other conditions.
Anyone suffering from low mood, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, loss, bereavement, LTC, phobias or trauma can send in a referral and get the help and support that they are seeking.
